Internal structure

Distance pieces
The plastic washers eliminate friction points between the springs and the inner sides of the retaining plates. This suppresses disturbing noises and prevents abrasion.

Plain bearings
Self-lubricating plain bearing sleeves reduce abrasion of the springs on the frame suspension, which extends the service life of the moving parts while preventing the usual squeaking noises that come with use.

Bolt
The bolt connects the plain bearing spring to the retaining plates welded to the steel frame.

Steel frame
The hot-dip galvanized steel frame is extremely robust and weather resistant – retaining plates are welded on and the tension spring system is attached to them.

Bolt safety
The lock secures the bolt in the retaining plates.

DURAPTEQ® spring
The highly robust screw plate tension spring keep the jumping mats pretensioned and in an articulated position.

Wing lamella
Optimized wing lamellas for a closed jumping surface and to prevent small objects from falling through, such as keychains or mobile phones.
