400 trees for German forests

As already announced in our Christmas mail and now finally fulfilled: together with Planet Tree, we planted 400 trees in a forest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Since its launch in October 2020, Planet Tree has supported the reforestation of our native forests in official partnership with the state forests of Hesse and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Instead of monocultures, mixed forests are encouraged to give the forest strength and resistance against the dangers of impending climate change.
Thus, English oaks, maples and silver firs are planted in designated areas and carefully managed by the responsible forestry authorities.
We are delighted to have been able to support this project with our donation.
Only together we can make the forest strong for the future.
